Poem for Jesus 🙏🏾

One fine Day
Untethered
bruised and broken
walking backwards into the womb to start out again
Unscathed and witness to this design
called crazy in the house of apples not far from it’s tree
Holding my aching belly as son shines
sparkles
dancing water babies caught on the cheek
Visions of Mother mary at his feet
distracted briefly away from a death wish…ing relief towards agony
seduced upon a grip not quite my own
Her aching heart open wide to surrender my head to his grace
through the dark valley full of shadows in shapes familiar
An alter built on faith
paved in simple conversation whispers to go on one more minute
of one more day
Pray
Drizzling wind drops
Jesus intent to listen
in a cirlce I control with pencil drawing tornados around the things we suffer
pushed above thy will be done
40 Breaths
on 40 mules
makes history long and still
a hand on high from priestess lost in sorrow
echoed on that hill
Blessed mother Holy father ushered pure bwtwix the flood
Casting out this bitter anger as I drink upon your blood
Take out your mighty journal
united across wooden pews
a mission
Poem
that seems so small
guide me
Jesus
I trust in you
to never let me fall
